Support
The Nozuly team is here to help. Email support@nozuly.com and a support ticket is opened for you automatically — you'll hear back within one business day at most.
Before writing in, check the service status page — if there's a platform-wide issue we're usually already on it, and you'll find live updates there.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get started with Nozuly?
Create an account at app.nozuly.com, confirm your email from the message we send you, then create your hotel. You automatically get a free 14-day trial with every feature enabled.
I didn't receive the verification email
Check your spam folder first. You can request a fresh email from the "Check your inbox" page at any time; each link is valid for 24 hours. If it still doesn't arrive after a second try, email us.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page choose "Forgot password" and enter your email; you'll receive a reset link valid for one hour.
How do I add rooms and rates?
After creating your hotel, Settings has sections for room types, rooms, and rate plans. We create a default room type and rate plan to start you off — adjust them to match your property, then enter your prices.
Does the system work on weak or unstable internet?
Yes — Nozuly is built for exactly that reality. If your connection drops mid-action, simply retry: bookings and invoices won't duplicate, and the system picks up where it left off.
How do I take direct bookings from guests?
Every hotel gets a public booking page on book.nozuly.com that you can share or link from your website. Bookings land in your dashboard instantly.
Is my data safe?
Each hotel's data is fully isolated from every other hotel, backups run nightly with periodic restore drills, and we never share your data with third parties.
What happens when my trial ends?
We'll contact you to set up a subscription that fits your property — see pricing. Your data stays intact and is never deleted when the trial expires.
Didn't find your answer?
Email support@nozuly.com with your hotel name and a short description of the issue (a screenshot helps a lot) — it speeds things up considerably.
